Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Gossamer packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
